Privacy Policy

Effective July 4, 2026

1. What we collect

Account data: your email address, display name, and hashed credentials. Usage metadata: for every billed request we record the model, token counts or image count, price, HTTP status, latency, and timestamp. Top-up records: amount, currency, payment status, and the settlement reference for the payment or redemption code that credited your balance.

2. What we do not store

We do not persist the content of your API requests or the model’s responses. Prompts and completions pass through the gateway to the upstream provider and are not written to our database or logs.

3. Where your request content goes

When you call a model, your request content is transmitted to that model’s provider and processed under the provider’s own terms, in the provider’s operating jurisdiction. For example, DeepSeek requests are served by DeepSeek’s API operated from mainland China, while Qwen international requests are served by Alibaba Cloud’s Singapore region. Choose models accordingly if your data is subject to residency requirements.

4. Cookies

We set a session cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

5. Service providers

We run on cloud infrastructure (Vercel for compute, Neon for the database). Top-ups are settled by bank transfer or corporate payment channels; any payment data stays with your bank or payment provider — we record only the amount, status, and settlement reference.

6. Retention and deletion

Account and usage records are kept while your account is active, and as needed for accounting and legal obligations. To delete your account and associated personal data, email billing@dabanzi.ai from your registered address.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date.
