Terms of Service

1. The service

dabanzi/token (the “Service”) is an OpenAI-compatible API gateway that gives you prepaid, pay-per-use access to third-party AI models. The Service is operated by Shenzhen Dabanzi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (深圳市搭班子智能科技有限公司, “we”, “us”).

The Service is offered to businesses and professional users for use in their own products and internal workflows. It is not offered to consumers in mainland China.

2. Accounts

You need an account to use the Service. You are responsible for your credentials and for all activity under your account, including activity via your API keys. Keep your API keys secret; rotate them from the dashboard if they leak.

3. Credits and billing

The Service is prepaid. You top up a credit balance and each API request debits it at the prices published on this site at the time of the request. Prices may change; changes apply to future requests only. Top-ups are settled by bank transfer, Alipay or WeChat corporate payment (with an invoice on request), after which we issue a redemption code that credits your balance instantly. Unused credits are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to violate any law, to infringe the rights of others, or to generate content prohibited by the upstream model provider whose model you call — each provider’s usage policies apply to requests routed to it. You must not attempt to disrupt the Service, probe its infrastructure, or resell raw access to our API keys. We may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that break these rules; a remaining lawful balance will be refunded in that case.

5. Third-party models

Model outputs are produced by third-party providers, not by us. We do not guarantee the accuracy of model outputs, and availability of any given model may change as upstream providers change their offerings. Your request content is transmitted to the provider of the model you select — see the Privacy Policy for details.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
